How do I install the mobile application?

We have several options to download the mobile application:

  • Press the centre icon at the bottom of your screen,
  • Accept the pop-up notification that appears when you load our site,
  • Use the download button in the previous sections of this page,
  • Visit our installation page.

How do I uninstall the mobile application?

To uninstall the application, please refer to the operating instructions for your device or operating system. We have outlined a few typical device instructions below:

  • Android: Long press on the app icon and press uninstall (you may need to navigate to app info, then press uninstall).
  • iOS: Long press on the app icon and press 'Remove App'.
  • Windows 11: navigate to 'Add or remove programs' and then uninstall the app from here.

How do I manage push notifications?

For Android:

  • Long press on our app on your home screen and then tap "Site Settings".
  • Tap the "Notifications" permission.
  • Customise these options to suit your preferences.

For iOS:

For Windows:

  • Open our app and head to the top right corner of the window.
  • Tap the three dots menu and then "App Info".
  • Toggle the notifications on or off.
