TPD/TRPD Compliance Policy

Vaper's Choice is committed to complying with all applicable TPD (Tobacco Products Directive) and TRPD (Tobacco-Related Products Directive) regulations. This policy sets out the steps that we take to ensure that our products and services are compliant.

Products

• All of our products are manufactured in accordance with TPD/TRPD regulations. This includes using only approved ingredients and packaging, and ensuring that all products are correctly labelled.
• We only sell products that have been notified to the relevant authorities and have received a unique ECID (Electronic Cigarette Identification Number).
• We do not sell any products that contain nicotine levels above 20mg/ml or e-liquid bottles with a capacity greater than 10ml.
• We do not sell any products that are marketed or promoted as being suitable for non-smokers or young people.

Services

• We only sell our products to customers who are over the age of 18.
• We do not sell our products to pregnant or breastfeeding women.
• We do not sell our products to people who have a medical condition that may be exacerbated by vaping.
• We provide clear and accurate information about our products on our website and in our marketing materials.
• We do not make any false or misleading claims about the benefits of vaping or the safety of our products.

Training

• All of our staff are trained on TPD/TRPD regulations. This training includes information on the types of products that we are allowed to sell, the restrictions on marketing and advertising, and the requirements for product labelling.

Compliance Monitoring

• We have a dedicated compliance team that is responsible for monitoring our products and services to ensure that they comply with all applicable regulations.
