Refund policy

Unwanted Items

At Vapers' Choice, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, if it is unwanted, you may return it. Please contact us at vaperschoicesocial@gmail.com with your name and order number within 14 days of purchase. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return the item for a full refund, minus shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please Note:

  • We cannot accept returns on consumables that have been used, opened, or damaged such as coils and pods.
  • We cannot accept returns on items that have been personalised or customised.
  • Perishable goods such as e-liquid cannot be returned.
  • Gift Vouchers cannot be returned.


Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us at vaperschoicesocial@gmail.com with your name and order number within 30 days of purchase to request a return. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return the item to us for inspection.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement for a faulty item:

  • The item must have the original packaging.
  • The item must not have been customised or personalised in any way.

Please note:

  • Accidental damage caused by the customer is not covered for a return, replacement or refund.

Once received, we will inspect the returned item and determine the best course of action, which may include issuing a refund or sending a replacement item.

  • Please take the product back to the shop you purchased it from.

  • Pack your item securely in the original packaging.

Customers are responsible for paying for shipping costs for returns.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is accepted, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
