Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer shipping via Royal Mail 24-hour/48-hour Tracked services. Shipping costs are determined based on your order total:

• Orders under £30:
  • Royal Mail 48-hour Tracked: £2.99
  • Royal Mail 24-hour Tracked: £4.99
• Orders £30 and over:
  • Royal Mail 48-hour Tracked: FREE
• Orders £50 and over:
  • Royal Mail 24-hour Tracked: FREE

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak periods or holidays. We aim to process all orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday on the same day.

Delivery Time

Royal Mail 24-hour Tracked aims to deliver your package the next working day, including Saturdays. Royal Mail 48-hour Tracked aims to deliver your package within 2 days, including Saturdays. However, this is not a guaranteed service.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. Please note that due to Royal Mail's policies, we are unable to ship out a replacement or process a refund until 14 days have passed from the initial shipping date. This allows Royal Mail sufficient time to investigate and attempt to locate the missing parcel.

International Shipping

Currently, we only offer shipping within the United Kingdom.
