Terms and Conditions: Christmas Giveaway

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") govern your participation in the Christmas Giveaway (the "Giveaway") organized by Vapers' Choice Limited ("we," "us," or "our"). By entering the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you should not enter the Giveaway.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to all residents of the United Kingdom who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, except for employees of Vapers' Choice Limited and their immediate families.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on 21st December, 2024 and ends on December 22nd, 2024 at 4:00 PM GMT (the "Giveaway Period").

4. How to Enter

To enter the Giveaway, you must make a purchase of £10 or more on Pod Salt products at any of our participating stores during the Giveaway Period. For every £10 spent on Pod Salt products, you will receive one entry into the Giveaway. For example, if you spend £30 on Pod Salt products, you will receive three entries.

5. Prizes

The following prizes are available to be won in the Giveaway:

  • One (1) LG UHD 55" 4K TV
  • One (1) £100 store credit
  • One (1) £50 store credit
  • Pod Salt goodies, including T-shirts (subject to availability)

The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. A gift receipt can be provided for the LG UHD 55" 4K TV.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The draw will take place on December 23rd, 2024 at 3:00 PM GMT at Vapers' Choice Head Office. The winners will be notified by phone or email within 7 days of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of the draw, we reserve the right to select another winner.

7. Prize Claim

The winners must claim their prize within 14 days of being notified. Prizes can be claimed at any of our participating stores.

8. General Conditions

  • The Giveaway is only open to in-store purchases. Online purchases are not eligible for the Giveaway.
  • Pod Salt goodies, including T-shirts, are subject to availability. T-shirt sizes are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who we believe has violated these Terms and Conditions or has acted in a fraudulent or dishonest manner.
  • We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Data Protection

Any personal data collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be found at https://vaperschoice.co.uk/pages/privacy-policy.
